hmmm i came across some weird article telling us to use caps for brb and thx...... this article was like a few weeks/months ago... it tell us to use those short forms in caps on msn and emails as it was the correct way to put it....
correct way? sadly to say netetiquette dosent really encourage us to use caps... imagine this..

well as u can see caps isnt tolerated by some users >_> esp me.. normally caps are used to express anger and irritation.. so is it really ok to use caps ?
